Who Is Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

TabTrade — What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, licensed through Saint Lucia's FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, the FMA-regulated broker.

His background matters. It suggests the leadership is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. Still more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.

They launched with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. The typical new launch starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys went the other way. Not the typical playbook.

The instrument list: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, crypto, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For a broker that is a few months old, that range is solid.

Platforms

They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Both platforms from the same login. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Getting both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, EAs, huge user base. If you know MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Many people prefer it after using both.

FIX API is offered for bots but requires the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is apparently on the roadmap. That should round things out when it arrives.

What You Pay

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Simple. $0 to start. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your all-in cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for an offshore broker. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. This broker has no minimum.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, faster fills, custom pricing. Not relevant to the average person. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.

Infrastructure

The execution is the thing Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. Those are not marketing fluff. The average platform quote a much wider range.

Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the setup is serious. That is what kind of broker this is.

Put together those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get makes sense. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.

Regulation

Here is the part that requires honesty. TabTrade is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No investor compensation scheme. If that makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

That said. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The Equinix infrastructure is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not invest in tier-1 data centre access. None of this make it safe. It does be part of your assessment.

The trade-off: you give up tier-1 protection. In exchange: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether that is worth it is your call.

The Bonus

Tab Trade offers a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical welcome offer. You put money in, they top up your balance. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before funding.
